Who are you?

We are a family-owned company based in Texas, dedicated to providing high-quality peptide products with a focus on safety, value, and customer satisfaction.

Are your products safe?

Yes. Every product we provide is handled with care and subject to strict quality checks to ensure safety and consistency. These checks include testing for mass, purity, and identity.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided that products are in their original, unopened condition. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only provide shipping to the United States. We hope to expand our business worldwide within the near future.

How long will shipping take?

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

We ship all packages via UPS, which typically delivers within 2 business days. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays such as severe weather or carrier issues may impact transit times. As a result, delivery within 2 business days is not guaranteed.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These items include the 1-month starter kit.
