Gather supplies
Peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, alcohol wipes, and an insulin syringe.

Sanitize vial tops
Wipe both stoppers with an alcohol wipe and allow them to dry.

Draw bacteriostatic water
Slowly pull the desired amount into the syringe.

Add water slowly
Push water down the side of the vial to avoid disturbing the powder.

Mix gently
Swirl or roll the vial until the solution becomes clear. Do not shake.

Store appropriately
After reconstitution, store according to proper storage guidelines.
