Order Processing

• All orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same business day.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

• We ship all orders via UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

• At checkout, you may select from available UPS shipping options with calculated rates.

• Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Delivery Times

• Standard UPS Ground delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.

• Expedited options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) are available and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and UPS carrier schedules.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

• Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders, subject to terms.

International Shipping

• At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

• If your package is delayed, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number.

• In the rare case of a lost shipment, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist in filing a claim.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
