We understand that plans can change and we do our best to be fair and accommodating.

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. If your order has not yet been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.

To request a cancellation, customers should contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@maddogpeps.com. Please include your order number so we can assist you quickly.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. An order is considered shipped once it has been scanned by the carrier or dropped off for delivery.

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
