What are your products intended for?

All products sold by MADDOG Peps are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not approved for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or consumer use.

Do you provide dosing, administration, or usage instructions?

No. We do not provide guidance regarding dosing, administration, or personal use. Our products are supplied exclusively as research materials for controlled laboratory environments.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

COAs may be available upon request for research and documentation purposes. Availability may vary by product.

How long will shipping take?

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

We ship all packages via UPS, which typically delivers within 2 business days. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays such as severe weather or carrier issues may impact transit times. As a result, delivery within 2 business days is not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only provide shipping to the United States. We hope to expand our business worldwide within the near future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay for a fast, secure checkout. Additionally, flexible payment plans are available through Klarna and Affirm, so you can shop now and pay over time.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please view our return policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

How is my order packaged?

Orders are packaged securely to support product integrity during shipping and transport.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. If your order has not yet been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are happy to cancel it and issue a refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please reach out to us at support@maddogpeps.com to request a cancellation.
